Problem
Because of the distance, many find it difficult to visit properties before migrating.
People do not believe it is safe to pay in advance and reserve a property before visiting.
People have reported that the photographs on the app differ from the actual state of the home.
Solution
Allow consumers to virtually tour properties through video call in order to assess the state and validity of the property with the assistance of third-party agents.
They may book the property after a virtual visit and confirm that it is genuine.

I interviewed 14 people over the phone to learn about the difficulties they had in finding a home while transferring to a different district, state, and nation.

People are hesitant to pay an advance/deposit before confirming the condition and validity.
Most people have lost money by paying an advance/deposit prior to visiting since they had no choice but to reserve a home before departing.
Going to the location, sleeping in a hotel, and looking for a place to stay are expensive, but most individuals choose to do so rather than fall victim to fraud.

Anyone with a recognized government ID may join up with third eye and make more than their hourly minimum pay for each visit in less time by just providing users a virtual tour of their property in a nearby place.

Examples

India to Germany

Some people travel to Germany, book a hotel and then search for accommodation so that they can visit the property, check the condition and not fall for scams.
Some people pay the advance/deposit from the home country and book the accommodation, then after coming to Germany they find out there is no such property/ the photos shown online is not the real condition of the property
